What This Means
Water supply valve defective; Valve terminal not connected; Foreign material in valve; Warm/rinse connectors wrongly connected; PCB terminal not connected; Hoses kinked/folded/frozen; Cold/warm hoses wrongly engaged
What actually causes this:
Usually the water faucets behind the washer are not turned on, or the inlet hose screens are clogged with sediment.
First Thing to Check
Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully turned on.
