What This Means
A switch contact issue because of deformation of the door hook; Door pulled open by force; Door pushed open due to pressure difference from internal temperature changes during Boil wash; Door not opened after door open operation; Door not locked after door close operation
What actually causes this:
The lid was not closed firmly, or a piece of clothing is caught preventing the lid from latching.

Open the lid, make sure nothing is caught in the latch area, then close it firmly until you hear it click.
