What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord or a shared outlet that drops voltage when other appliances run.
First Thing to Check
Plug the washer directly into a wall outlet instead of an extension cord or power strip.

3. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Boil or Dry operations and observe the washing machine's operation carefully

5. Check whether a plug receptacle (extension cord) is used — when the connecting wire is 1m, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V

6. If all checks pass, Main PBA fault — replace PBA
