What This Means
Foreign material is entering the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal is not connected (wire disconnected); Warm water and rinse connectors are wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer is not connected; Transparent hose is folded or torn; Cold and warm water supply hoses are wrongly engaged
What actually causes this:
The most common cause is that the water supply faucets behind the washer are not fully turned on, or the inlet hoses are kinked.

Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open.

1. Measure the resistance of the water supply valve. Resistance: 0.9K ohms to 1.1K ohms between the terminals of the valve

2. Check if the water supply is blocked due to an alien substance in the water supply valve or the water being frozen

3. If the water supply valve is broken, replace the valve

4. Check if the main PCB is defective
- 5
5. If PBA Relay malfunctions, replace the valve filter
