What This Means
Motor spin net not engaged; Motor internal coil damaged (short-circuited or cut); Hall sensor terminal not connected; Foreign material (e.g., screw) entered the motor; Motor overloaded due to too much laundry (non-sensing); Motor hall sensor terminal not connected; PBA fault — weak motor driving signal; DD motor terminal of main PBA not connected; PCB housing terminal not connected; DD motor fault; PBA fault
What actually causes this:
The washer is overloaded with too many clothes, or something got jammed in the drum

Remove some items from the drum to reduce the load, then restart the cycle

How to Fix

1. Check the motor connector terminal connections and contacts

2. Verify whether the stator and rotor are connected and the motor cover is not damaged
- 3
3. Check for foreign material or disconnections due to foreign material in the motor
- 4
4. Measure the motor winding coil resistance — should be 6.0 ohm at 25 degrees C
- 5
5. Check the motor three-phase connections at the Main PBA
- 6
6. If the PBA control circuit is faulty, replace the PBA
