What This Means
Water supply valve terminal not connected (wire disconnected); Warm water and rinse connectors wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer not connected; Pressure hose folded or torn; Water supply hoses kinked; Cold and hot water supply hoses not connected correctly
What actually causes this:
The water faucets behind the washer are turned off, or the supply hoses are kinked

Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open
