What This Means

Pressure hose damaged (punctured); Pressure hose clogged with foreign material; Pressure hose folded; Too much lubricant applied to the hose insertion part of the air oose; Hose engagement error (disengaged); Water level sensor internal fault (faulty soldering); Water level sensor terminal disengaged; Main PBA fault

What actually causes this:

The small rubber hose that senses water level got kinked, clogged, or cracked

Make sure the washer is level and restart — if the error returns, it needs service

How to Fix

    1. Check the water level sensor terminal connections and contacts (Pink and Orange color wires)

  2. 2

    2. Check the frequency — should be approximately 25.5 KHz with no load

  3. 3

    3. Verify an incorrect water level sensor is not installed — check the material code

  4. 4

    4. Inspect the pressure hose for folds, holes, or clogs

  5. 5

    5. If the water level sensor is faulty, replace it

  6. 6

    6. If the sensor checks out, inspect and replace the Main PBA
