What This Means
Hot water supply temperature exceeds 50°C; Cold and hot water supply hoses connected to wrong inlets; Temperature sensor malfunction
What actually causes this:
The hot and cold water hoses are connected to the wrong inlets, or your water heater is set too high
First Thing to Check
Check that the hot water hose goes to the hot inlet and the cold hose goes to the cold inlet
