What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord or a circuit that can't deliver enough power

1. Check the consumer's power conditions — make sure to check the operating voltage

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Sanitize Cycle and observe operation carefully

3. Check the voltages supplied to the unit

4. If using an extension cord, try plugging directly into the wall outlet

5. If voltage is normal, replace Main PBA
