What This Means
Pump motor impeller is damaged internally; Wrong voltage supplied to the parts; Part fault; Freezing in the winter season; Drain hose is clogged (injection error or foreign material); Clogged with foreign material; Water pump terminal is not connected; Foreign objects collected inside the drain pump (rubber bands, bills, cotton, hair pins, coins)
What actually causes this:
Small items like coins, hair pins, or lint have clogged the drain pump filter
First Thing to Check
Open the small door at the bottom front of the washer and clean out the drain pump filter

1. Check for foreign material in the drain pump filter — remove the filter cover, drain remaining water, and inspect

2. Check the drain hose for kinks, clogs, or ice blockages
- 3
3. Verify the water pump terminal is connected
- 4
4. Check the drain pump operation and replace if it does not operate normally
- 5
5. If the washing machine works, select the Spin course to drain remaining water first
- 6
6. If the washing machine does not work, scoop remaining water out of the tub using a cup
