Error Code 9C1

Your washer is not getting enough electrical power to run properly.

Critical

Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue

Also displayed as: 9C1

What This Means

Unstable consumer power conditions; Under voltage from the power supply; Use of a plug receptacle or extension cord causing voltage drop; Main PBA fault

What actually causes this:

The washer is likely plugged into an extension cord or power strip, or the home circuit is overloaded by other appliances.

First Thing to Check

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not into a power strip or extension cord.

Parts Involved

Main PBAPower Cord

How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Check the consumer's power conditions by measuring the operating voltage at the wall outlet

  2. 2

    2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Boil operations and observe the washing machine's operation

  3. 3

    3. Verify no extension cords or plug receptacles are being used — a 1m connecting wire can cause up to 10V voltage drop

  4. 4

    4. Check if other high-draw appliances are on the same circuit

  5. 5

    5. If voltage is stable and error persists, suspect main PBA fault
