What This Means
Foreign material is blocking the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal is not connected (wire disconnected); Warm water and rinse connectors are wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer is not connected; Transparent hose is folded or torn
What actually causes this:
Usually the water supply faucets behind the washer are turned off, or the inlet hose screens are clogged with sediment.
First Thing to Check
Make sure the hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open.

1. Check resistance for the water supply valve — resistance should be 0.9 to 1.1 kilohms

2. If the water supply valve has a wire disconnected, replace it

3. Check whether the water supply valve is clogged with foreign material

4. Check whether water is supplied continually — may indicate freezing in winter season
- 5
5. Check whether no water is being supplied because of winter season freezing
- 6
6. If the water supply valve filter is clogged, clean the filter
- 7
7. If the PBA relay operates abnormally, replace the filter and the PBA
