What This Means
Cold and warm water supply hoses are wrongly engaged (swapped); Water temperature is sensed as higher than 50 degrees C in Wool or Lingerie courses
What actually causes this:
The hot and cold water hoses are connected to the wrong inlets — they are swapped.
First Thing to Check
Check if the hot and cold water hoses behind the washer are connected to the correct inlets (hot to hot, cold to cold).
