What This Means

Consumer's power conditions are inadequate; Under voltage is being supplied; A plug receptacle or extension cord is being used — when the connecting wire is 1 meter, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V; Main PBA fault (sometimes)

What actually causes this:

The washer is plugged into an extension cord or a shared outlet that drops voltage under load.

First Thing to Check

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord or power strip.

How to Fix

    1. Check the consumer's power conditions and operating voltage

  2. 2

    2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during Boil operations and observe the washing machine's operation

  3. 3

    3. Check the voltages at the outlet

  4. 4

    4. Check whether a plug receptacle or extension cord is used

  5. 5

    5. If power conditions are fine, check and replace Main PBA
