What This Means
Consumer's power conditions are inadequate; Under voltage is being supplied; A plug receptacle or extension cord is being used — when the connecting wire is 1 meter, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V; Main PBA fault (sometimes)
What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord or a shared outlet that drops voltage under load.

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord or power strip.
