What This Means
Washing heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Washing heater in the tub has an error (contact error, temperature sensor fault); Water level sensor operates without water due to freezing, causing temperature sensor to detect 100–150 degrees C; PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
The heating element has burned out or has a loose wire connection.
First Thing to Check
Try running a cold water cycle to see if the washer works without the heater.

How to Fix

1. Check the resistance between heater terminals A and B — should be 16.05 plus or minus 0.65 ohms

2. Check for wire disconnection between the heater and connector

3. If the wash heater is faulty, replace it
- 4
4. If TYPE 1 is OK, change a wash-thermistor at back of Tub (TYPE 2)
