What This Means

Washing heater sensor in the tub has an error (contact error or temperature sensor fault); Connector is connected incorrectly or is disconnected; Water level sensor operates without water due to freezing, causing temperature sensor to detect 100–150 degrees C and the machine shuts off power; Washing temperature sensor fault; Dry temperature sensor fault; Condensing temperature sensor fault; Main PCB fault; Freezing in winter season

What actually causes this:

The temperature sensor connector has come loose or the sensor itself has failed.

First Thing to Check

Unplug the washer for one minute, plug it back in, and try a cold water cycle.

    1. Check the connections for the washing heater temperature sensor connector

    2. If the washing heater temperature sensor has a functional error, replace it

    3. Check the connections for the dry heater temperature sensor connector — when an At error occurs, check the dry heater connections

    6. If the condensing duct temperature sensor has a functional error, replace it

    7. Check the type of laundry — certain types may cause unbalanced situations
