What actually causes this:
The voltage from the wall outlet is higher than normal, which can happen during power surges
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer during a storm or power fluctuation and wait for power to stabilize

1. Check the consumer's power conditions and verify operating voltage

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Sanitize Cycle and observe operation

3. Check the voltage at the outlet — it should be approximately 120V

5. If power is verified normal, replace Main PBA
