What This Means
Washing motor fault; Incorrect connections of the washing motor wiring; Washing motor rotor and stator fault; Overloading — too much laundry in the drum; Main PCB fault; Foreign material between rotor and stator
What actually causes this:
The washer was overloaded with too much laundry, or something got stuck preventing the drum from turning

Reduce the laundry load and try restarting the cycle

How to Fix

1. Check the motor connector terminal connections and contacts

2. Unplug the motor connector and measure resistance at any two of the three motor terminals — should read 6.0 ohms at 25°C

3. Check whether the stator motor cover is damaged
- 4
4. Check for foreign material between rotor and stator
- 5
5. Verify motor power wires are connected in the correct order: Blue, White, Red from the right
- 6
6. Check resistance between Blue-White, White-Red, and Red-Blue — all should equal 15 ohms
- 7
7. If motor tests normal, check PBA control circuit and replace PBA if faulty
