What actually causes this:
The electronic door lock has worn out or its wiring has come loose
First Thing to Check
Turn the washer off, wait 3 minutes for the door lock to release, then try starting again

1. Verify the door is fully closed and no laundry is caught in the seal

2. Check the door switch resistance — pins 2 and 3 should read approximately 60-90 ohms while the slider is pushed

3. Check and repair the power wire connections and insulation state

5. Check the main PBA door sensing circuit — replace if faulty
