What actually causes this:
The motorized lock on the add-door has worn out or its wiring has a problem

Turn the washer off and back on — if the error stays, it needs service

1. Check the door lock motor resistance — pins 1-2 should read 46.57 plus or minus 15 ohms

2. Check lock stroke — normal detection on protrusion status

3. Check resistance values at pins 3-4 and 3-5 — should display normally

4. Check the main PBA door detection circuit and connector combination
- 5
5. Replace or repair if faulty
