What actually causes this:
The small mini door used to toss in extra clothes mid-cycle was not fully latched

Push the small add-door on the front of the washer closed until it clicks

2. Check add door switch by pressing the button — verify resistance values display normally

3. Check Barrier and Lock module movement — operations should work normally with the Lock pillars coming down while pressing

4. Check the main PBA door detection circuit

5. Replace or repair connector combination if faulty
