What This Means
Household power supply voltage is too low; Plug receptacle or extension cord is causing voltage drop; When the connecting wire is 1 meter, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V; Main PBA fault (sometimes)
What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord or power strip that cannot deliver enough voltage under load

Plug the washer directly into a wall outlet — do not use an extension cord or power strip

1. Check the consumer's power conditions and make sure to check the operating voltage

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during the Boil or Dry operations and observe the washing machine's operation carefully

3. Check the voltages at the outlet

4. Check whether a plug receptacle or extension cord is used — if so, try plugging directly into the wall outlet

5. If voltage is stable and adequate, replace Main PBA
