What This Means
Connector connections between sub and main PBAs are incorrect or loose; Sub PBA has faulty soldering; Wire disconnected between sub and main PBAs; Sub PBA is short-circuited because of moisture; Main PBA communication circuit is faulty
What actually causes this:
A wire connector between the control panel and the main board came loose, or moisture got into the electronics
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer for 2 minutes and plug it back in — this can reset the communication link

1. Check the wire connections and terminal contacts between the sub and main PBAs

2. Check the connector connections between the sub and main PBAs carefully for incorrect or loose connections

3. Remove the sub PBA control panel and check for any faulty soldering

5. Check whether the sub PBA is short-circuited because of moisture

6. If the main PBA communication circuit is faulty, replace it
