What This Means
Water is supplied continually because water level detection does not work; Drain hose is clogged and there is an injection error at a narrow section; Water is supplied continually because of freezing or foreign material in the water supply valve; Water level sensor is degraded; Water level sensor terminal is out of place
What actually causes this:
The water level sensor hose is disconnected or damaged, so the washer cannot tell how full the tub is and keeps filling

Turn off the water supply faucets behind the washer immediately to stop more water from entering

1. Check the water level sensor and its hose connection — verify the hose is not torn, has a hole, or is folded, cut, or damaged

2. Check whether water is frozen in the winter season — use a hair dryer to defrost and consider relocating the unit to a warmer location
