What This Means

Washing heater sensor in the tub has a contact error or sensor fault; Connector is connected incorrectly or is disconnected; Wire disconnected from temperature sensor; Water level sensor operates without water due to freezing; Temperature sensor detects 100 to 150 degrees C and shuts off power; Dry temperature sensor fault; Condensing duct temperature sensor fault; Main PCB fault

What actually causes this:

A temperature sensor wire came loose or the sensor itself has failed, giving false temperature readings

First Thing to Check

Unplug the washer for 5 minutes and plug it back in — if the error returns, it needs service

How to Fix

    1. Check the connections for the washing heater temperature sensor connector

  2. 2

    2. If the washing heater temperature sensor has a functional error, replace it

  3. 3

    3. Check the connections for the dry heater temperature sensor connector — if it has a functional error, a tE error occurs

  4. 4

    4. Check the connections for the condensing duct temperature sensor connector — if it has a functional error, replace it

  5. 5

    5. Check for freezing in winter season

  6. 6

    6. If all sensors test normal, replace Main PBA
