Oven heating over

What This Means

Faulty oven sensor; Stuck broil, bake, or convection heater relay; Damaged heater element; Main PCB malfunction; DLB relay failure

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Disconnect sensor harness from control

3. 3

   Measure sensor resistance - should be around 1000 ohms at room temperature

4. 4

   If resistance problem found, replace oven sensor

5. 5

   Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistance values

6. 6

   Check DLB of sub PCB and confirm broil, bake, convection heater relays work normally

7. 7

   Check for disconnection of harness linked with main PCB

8. 8

   Check oven sensor connector resistance on main PCB

9. 9

   If all checks pass, replace main PCB
