Keypad cable not inserted into main PCB connector; Short circuit between main PCB and keypad connector; Short circuit within keypad cable; Main PCB failure

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power

   Remove keypad from main PCB

3. 3

   Check for short circuit between connector CNP210 pins on main PCB

4. 4

   Check for short circuit within keypad

5. 5

   If short found, repair the circuit on main PCB

6. 6

   Repair pattern if damaged between micom and connector

7. 7

   Replace or repair membrane if problem persists

8. 8

   If no short found and keypad cable connected, replace main PCB
