How to Fix

Remove keypad from Sub PCB

Check for short circuit between connector CN701 pins on Sub PCB

Check for short circuit within the membrane keypad itself

If CN701 pins are shorted, repair circuit on Sub PCB

If keypad membrane has a short, replace or repair the membrane
- 7
If no short found in keypad or connector, replace Main PCB
