6 technician insights for the this appliance
Common Harness Disconnection Sites
Most connection failures occur at: CN600 (sensor harness), CN300 (steam harness), cooling motor connectors, and relay connectors on sub-PBA. These 5 areas should be inspected first when troubleshooting.
Communication Error Hierarchy
C-F0 is Main-Sub PCB communication failure (critical, affects everything). C-F2 is Main-Touch communication failure (affects all user control). Both errors require harness reconnection as first step before PCB replacement.
Connector Cable Color Coding
Wiring uses standard color codes: Red = L2/Hot, Black = L1/Hot or Ground, White = N/Neutral, Brown = Signal/Control, Blue = Signal/Control, Yellow = Signal/Control, Orange = Signal, Violet = Signal, Green = Ground. Always verify correct wire color before reconnection.
Door Lock Motor Resistance
Door lock motor resistance is 1750-1850 ohms at room temperature. This is much higher than cooling fan motors (20-30 ohms) due to different motor design. Always verify resistance value before replacing the motor.
