How to Fix

Step 1: Check if connector is disconnected or loose between Main PCB and craft ice maker sensor.

Step 2: If disconnected, reconnect or repair the connector.

Step 3: Check sensor resistance. If resistance is 0 ohm (short), change the sensor.

Step 4: Check sensor resistance. If resistance is OFF (open), replace the refrigerator main PCB.

Step 5: Verify resistance at CON8 23rd~31st pin against temperature table. If normal, explain to customer.
