How to Fix

Press Ice Plus + Freezer button simultaneously to read error within 3 hours of occurrence.

Check for loose or disconnected connector between Main PCB and refrigerator sensor.

If connector is disconnected or loose, reconnect or repair the connector.

Measure sensor resistance at CON7 pin 15 to pin 18. If resistance is 0 Ω (short), replace the sensor.

If resistance is OL/infinite (open), replace the sensor.

Cross-reference with temperature/resistance table: -5°C=38kΩ, 0°C=30kΩ, 5°C=24kΩ, 10°C=19.5kΩ, 15°C=16kΩ.

If resistance is normal for the measured temperature, explain normal operation to customer.

If abnormal, replace the Main PCB.

Defrost Heater Error — poor defrost due to temperature fuse disconnection, heater disconnection, drain jam, or failed heater relay; triggered after 2 consecutive incomplete defrost cycles
Freezer Fan Error — BLDC freezer fan feedback signal not received for over 65 seconds during operation
