How to Fix

Check all harness connections between Main PCB and Display PCB.

Measure voltage at CON101 pins 5~4. Expected 12V. If not 12V, check the hinge connection (loose) or replace Main PCB.

Measure voltage at CON101 pins 1~4. Expected 5V. If not 5V, check hinge connection (loose) or replace Main PCB.

Measure voltage at CON101 pins 2~4. If fixed at 0V or 5V (not variable), replace the Display PCB.

Measure voltage at CON101 pins 3~4. If fixed at 0V or 5V (not variable), replace the Main PCB.
- 6
Measure voltage at CON5 pins 12~11. If fixed at 0V or 5V, replace the Display PCB.
- 7
Measure voltage at CON5 pins 14~11. If fixed at 0V or 5V, replace the Main PCB.

If all voltage checks pass, explain normal operation to customer.
