How to Fix

Check for loose or disconnected connector between Main PCB and convertible sensor at CON4 pins 13~14.

If disconnected, reconnect or repair connector.

Measure sensor resistance at CON4 pins 13~14. If 0 ohm (short), replace the sensor.

If resistance is infinite/open, check sensor harness.
- 5
If harness is normal and resistance is still open, replace the sensor.
- 6
Verify resistance vs. temperature table. Replace sensor if out of range.

If all checks pass, explain normal operation to customer.
- 8
If sensor connection is faulty and cannot be repaired, replace the refrigerator main PCB.
