How to Fix

Check for loose or disconnected connector between Main PCB, Defrost Controller, and sensor at CON4 pins 22~21.

If connector is loose, reconnect or repair the connector.

Measure sensor resistance at CON4 pins 22~21. If 0 ohm (short), replace the defrost sensor.

If resistance is infinite/open, replace the defrost sensor.
- 5
Check temperature vs. resistance. If outside table values, replace the sensor.
- 6
If resistance is normal, explain normal operation to customer.
- 7
If the defrost sensor was replaced and error persists, replace the main PCB.
