How to Fix

Check connector between Sub PCB and PSD sensor — reconnect or repair if loose.

Check CON2 5th-to-7th-pin voltage: should be 4.75–5.25 V (supply voltage). If not, replace Sub PCB (display/dispenser assembly).

Check CON2 6th-to-7th-pin voltage: should NOT be 0 or 5 V (signal). If stuck at 0 or 5 V, replace PSD sensor.
- 4
If connector reconnected and voltages OK, explain to customer.
