Short circuit between compressor terminals; IPM voltage too low; Short circuit on inverter PCB; Defective compressor; Failed inverter circuit
What actually causes this:
Inverter board failure or compressor motor defect
First Thing to Check
Unplug refrigerator for 5 minutes, then plug back in and try to start
