What actually causes this:
The ice maker motor is stuck or the water valve is clogged

How to Fix

1. Turn off power and wait 5 minutes

2. Turn power back on and enter Test Mode
- 3
3. Run Ice Maker Test Switch for 1.5+ seconds

4. Check if ice maker motor rotates
- 5
5. Measure motor voltage at CN40 pins 19 (CW) and 17 (CCW)

6. Normal: 5V for rotation, 0V for standby
- 7
7. Check water supply to ice maker after test
- 8
8. If motor won't run, check motor connector at CN40
