BLDC Fan Self-Recovery from Ice Blockage
If the pulse feedback signal is absent during operation (fan blocked by ice), the MICOM will shut the fan off for 10 seconds, retry, and repeat this 4 more times. If it still fails, the fan restarts every 10 minutes. This is a designed-in anti-ice-lock function — the unit may appear intermittently normal.
