What This Means
Power button is pressed continually for more than 12 seconds; A switch is jammed or stuck due to being pressed unevenly from control panel deformation; Screws that hold the sub PBA in place are tightened too much; A button other than the Power button is continually pressed for more than 30 seconds; Deformation of an internal plastic injection part; Main PBA switching IC on/off error
What actually causes this:
The screws holding the control board were tightened too much during assembly or a previous repair, pressing a button constantly

Press each button on the control panel firmly a few times to try to free any stuck button

1. Check whether the Power switch or any other button is continually pressed

2. Check the contact between the control panel buttons and their corresponding tact switch

3. Check whether the screws holding the service PBA are fastened too tight — if they are, loosen them a little. There must be a gap between a control panel button and its corresponding micro switch

4. If the main PBA has a switching IC on/off error, replace the main PBA
- 5
5. Check the connections — if there is no error in the connections passed, replace the main PBA
