Error Code 9C1
The washer is getting too much voltage from the electrical outlet.
Critical
Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue
Also displayed as: 9C1
What This Means
Power supply voltage too high; Defective main PBA; Use of plug receptacle / extension cord causing voltage irregularity
What actually causes this:
Usually caused by an unstable power supply, a power surge, or using an extension cord.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer, wait one minute, and plug it directly into a wall outlet (not an extension cord).
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check the consumer's power conditions and verify operating voltage
- 2
2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during Boil or Dry operations and observe carefully
- 3
3. Check the voltages — a check occurs when over voltage is supplied
- 4
4. Check whether a plug receptacle or extension cord is used (connecting wire of 1m may cause momentary voltage drop up to 10V)
- 5
5. If main PBA is at fault, replace it
