What This Means
Washing heater is short-circuited or wire disconnected; Washing heater contact issue; Temperature sensor fault; Water level sensor operates without water (frozen pipes or other reason); Overheat protection sensor detects 100-150°C; PBA relay malfunction; Drying heater is short-circuited or wire disconnected
What actually causes this:
A wire has come loose from the internal water heater element, or the heater element itself has failed.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer, wait one minute, and plug it back in. If the error returns, do not use the washer.
