What This Means
Motor spin net not engaged; Motor internal coil damaged (short-circuited or cut); Foreign material (a screw) entered the motor; Motor overloaded due to too much laundry (non-sensing); PBA fault; Motor driving signal from PBA is weak; Unstable relay operation or interference from too much laundry; IPM terminal of main PBA not connected; DD motor cover is out of place; PCB housing terminal not connected
What actually causes this:
Usually caused by overloading the washer with too many heavy items like blankets or towels.

Reduce the laundry load by about half and try the cycle again.

1. Check the motor connector terminal connections

2. Check if the Motor Cover/Stator is damaged

3. Check if the coil is broken due to moisture from any leakage

4. Check the motor winding coil: plug out the connector and read resistances at any two of the three terminals on motor

5. Resistance should be 19.3 ohm at 25°C

6. If the PBA control circuit is defective, replace the PBA
