What This Means

Washing heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Washing heater in the tub has a contact check or temperature sensor fault; Water level sensor operates without water because water is frozen or other reason; Temperature sensor detects 100-150°C causing the washing machine to turn input power off; Drying heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Heater engagement fault (out of place); PBA relay malfunction

What actually causes this:

The heating element that warms the wash water has failed or has a loose wire connection.

First Thing to Check

Try running a cold water cycle to see if the washer works without using the heater.

    1. Check for wire connection and disconnection between wire and heater
