What This Means
Water level sensor hose is damaged or punctured; Hose is clogged with foreign material; Hose is folded or kinked; Too much lubricant on air hose insertion point; Hose engagement failure (disengaged); Faulty internal soldering in sensor; Water level sensor terminal is disengaged; Main PBA fault; PBA connector terminal not connected
What actually causes this:
Usually a kinked or clogged air hose connected to the water level sensor, or a loose wire connection.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try again.

How to Fix

1. Check the water level sensor terminal connections

2. Check the part code of the water level sensor — an incorrect part causes abnormal operation

3. Measure the water level sensor frequency: connect sensor and connector, measure between Blue and Orange wires. Expected frequency approx. 26.4 KHz without water (minimum 25.9 KHz)

4. If the water level sensor is defective, replace it

5. If all above checks pass, replace the main PBA
