What This Means
Signals between sub and main PBAs not sensed due to communication error; Incorrect or loose connections between sub and main PBAs; Sub PBA faulty soldering; Main PBA communication circuit fault
What actually causes this:
A wire connector between the control boards came loose or has corrosion

Unplug the washer for 5 minutes and plug it back in to reset the electronics

1. Check the wire connections and terminal contacts between the sub and main PBAs

2. Check for disconnected wires

3. Check whether the sub PBA is short-circuited because of moisture

4. Remove the sub PBA C/Panel and check for any faulty soldering

5. If the main PBA's communication circuit is faulty, replace it
