The door latch mechanism is worn out or the wiring to it is damaged
First Thing to Check
Try closing the door firmly — if you don't hear the lock click, the latch may be broken

2. Measure door switch resistance — pins 2 and 3 should be approximately 60-90 Ohm (when slider is pushed)
