What actually causes this:
The small secondary door on the front of the washer was not pushed fully shut, or its latch is not engaging.

Push the small add-door firmly until it clicks shut.

2. Check the add door switch — resistance values should display normally when pressing the door switch button

3. Check barrier and lock module movement for normal operation

4. Check open detection switch and barrier lock pillars — verify they come down while pressing

5. Check door lock motor resistance between pins 1-2: should be 46.57 +/- 15 ohm

6. Check lock stroke — normal detection on protrusion status by checking resistance on pins 3-4 and 3-5
