What This Means

What actually causes this:
The door was not pushed closed firmly enough, or a piece of clothing is caught in the door seal.
First Thing to Check
Open the door, check that nothing is caught in the rubber door seal, then close the door firmly until you hear it click.

1. If a dC error occurs, check if it happens during the Boil cycle — the door may be pushed open by internal pressure
