What actually causes this:
The heating element has a broken wire or is not seated properly in the tub

Unplug the washer immediately — if this code appears, the heater may have overheated

1. Check the washing heater temperature sensor connector connections

2. Check heater resistance — 27.1 ohms for 1900W or 26.2 ohms for 2000W

3. Check thermistor resistance — 12 kilohms at room temperature

4. Verify heater is properly seated on the bracket inside the tub

5. If heater and sensor are normal, check PBA relay
