What This Means

What actually causes this:
The door was not pushed closed firmly enough, or something is caught in the door preventing it from latching

Open and firmly close the door again — make sure no laundry is caught in the door seal

1. If a dC error occurs, check whether it occurs during the Boil cycle

2. If detected that the door is open, close the door properly

3. Check the door switch resistance — resistance of pins 1 and 3 must be approximately 175 ohms

5. Check the door lock switch for faults

6. If the door switch is faulty, replace it
